Focus on innovation

Major industry players have chosen Paris and MCB by Beauté Sélection as the forum in which to  present their latest innovations. In this regard, the trade fair has created a dedicated area: What's New in Paris;  this will host all new products, as well as an awards presentation which, at 11:30 on Sunday 9 September, will reward the most  successful products and services currently on the market. 

Additional highlights

For the third consecutive year the fair will host the World Hair Championships, organised by OMC:  1,300 candidates from 50 countries will compete in several categories including hair, beauty, treatments, make-up, and - big news 2018 – barbering, including fade cut and tattoo design.

In association with Estetica Design, What's up in Paris will showcase a selection of the finest European hair salons, which will be given prominence on 9th September - the day of the MCB by Beauté Sélection the awards ceremony -  at 15:10hrs,

Now in its fifth year, The Mentor: Best Emerging Talent, co-produced with Estetica France, will feature 4 Made-in-France teams, mentored by Beata Bourillon, Gérard & Laurent, Céline Antunès and Estetica France's Marie Coccoluto. Their team of young talents will face an on-stage artistic challenge on Monday, September 10th from 11am to 11.45am.

What's new in 2018?

In partnership with Coiffure de Paris, "Le Succès Selon" will showcase the vision and experience of big names in the industry such as Franck Provost, Ludovic Geheniaux and Franck François. Each will have 15 minutes to enthral and inspire the audience. This year the fair will also emphasise brand “Made-in-France” through a round table event moderated by L'Eclaireur on issues of innovation and production in France, meeting on September 8th from 15:00 to 15:50, in work showroom 2.

MCB by Beauté Sélection 2018: A truly international platform on global beauty, thanks also to the numerous internationally renowned participants who will share their vision on trends with Haute Coiffure fashion shows.
