Wella Professionals’ Trend Vision 2010 Update

Judges at the Wella Professionals Trend Vision 2010 had their work cut out for them, with emerging young talents nationwide vying for pole position in this annual competition where stylists choose to compete in one of the trend categories created by Wella Professionals trend forecasters and by Global Creative Directors Josh Wood and Eugene Souleiman.

This year’s trends—Nomad Couture, Techno Poetry, Midnight Stage and Nature’s Goddess--illustrate the many facets and dimensions of women today, be they urban chic, modern, self-confident, or extroverted.

The US finalists were selected by Wella Professionals top artists, Sonya & Christopher Dove, Aubrey Loots and Josh Banks and attended the Trend Vision Awards in Toronto, Canada on October 4th, 2010, where they competed with Canadian finalists in a full day of competition and a chance to represent their country at the International Trend Vision Awards in Paris on November 5.
